This seminar is designed to provide participants with skills and techniques that will result in greater productivity and job satisfaction. An emphasis is placed on interpersonal relations and time management. Effective communication skills, conflict resolution and collaboration skills are all presented within the context of the four critical priorities: Teamwork, Efficiency, Quality and Morale. Time-management strategies will address the issues of how to work in a more organized and efficient manner, how to cut through the maze of paperwork, how to recognize the critical tasks and properly prioritize.
